What we collect, and only that

When you send an inquiry, the form stores exactly the fields it shows you: business email, company, country, quantity and packaging, intended end use and your message. It also records the IP address the request came from, as a basic protection against automated abuse. There is no tracking of what you read, no profiling and no advertising pixel firing on the pages you browse.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Your inquiry is processed in order to answer it and, if it leads to an order, to perform the contract. For controlled and precursor chemicals we are additionally required to record end-use information under the applicable export-control rules.

Our hosting provider, which operates the server this site runs on.
Nobody else. Inquiry data is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Your rights
