Before you write about a controlled product

For precursor and controlled grades, include the receiving legal entity, the intended end use and the destination country. Without those we cannot issue a quotation, and adding them now saves a round of correspondence. See quality and compliance for the full procedure.

We are eight hours ahead of Central European Time and twelve ahead of US Eastern. An inquiry sent in the European morning is normally answered the same working day in China.
